Chicken Butchering Workshop

Learn how to humanely and safely butcher chickens for home-scale consumption. 

Calypso’s Farming Class Series features a variety of Farmer Training Program topics, open to the community over the 2018 season.  Learn more about the 2018 Farming Class Series and Calypso’s FARMER TRAINING PROGRAM.

Cost: $30 (Calypso members); $45 (non-members). You can become a member to receive a workshops discount for 12 months by making a donation of any amount when you register!
